Am I better off buying a new desktop?
Hey guys, so I'm pretty new to the whole computer concept thing. but here's my question:
I want to able to do video editing with adobe and etc.
These are my current computer specs: Dell Inspiron 660s G645 (old AF lol)
Pentium G645 2.9 GHz - 4 GB - 500 GB
Intel Pentium G645 / 2.9 GHz
Dual-Core
DDR3 SDRAM - non-ECC
4 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics
Should I upgrade the parts in the desktop like the graphics card and etc? or am I better off buying a whole new one?, and if so, can you recommend 2 or 3 models that I should consider purchasing?
Thanks in advance!
Budget $400-800 ish

This computer will be barely capable of running Windows, let along a video editing program.
As you said yourself, it's "old AF"
So yeah, you need a new computer. Preferably one that has a discrete video card and not one of those Intel HD graphics chips. Those are just not powerful enough for your needs.
