The ten commandments are all stolen from much earlier religions and relate to other gods and an idol!

I think it goes the first 6 just say "Love God". The last 4 say "Love others".

So a "spoilt petulant child" would command honouring their parents (number 4). Or keeping the Sabbath, not murdering, not taking God's name in vain, not worshipping illegitimate deities.

That's a pretty sophisticated child. Or maybe you thought you were being clever in denigrating a belief you don't adhere to - without actually knowing what you are talking about.
