God created 'the heavens and earth' (the universe) and yet it seems to be a problem for some people that God could not have either made or created the necessary DNA for Jesus inside the egg?

According to the Bible. from a miracle. As God was able toc create Adam (the first man) he would have had an X and a Y chromosome, why would be harder for God to only supply the Y DNA for an existing egg? (Or the second and different X chromosome for the creation of Eve?)
