With those specs, I assume that you're building around 2nd hand parts so it's safe to assume that you'd be willing to buy a 2nd hand Graphics card.
2gb is barely past the point of being enough. You can still do things with cards that have 2gb of VRAM but not much. You can still play games at 1080p lower settings. Now, I'm NOT recommending buying a 4gb GTX 770 over a 2gb GTX 770 either, it doesn't work that way.
If you can afford a used RX 470, RX 570, RX 480, or RX 580 then go for that. While there is a chance the card was used for mining, miners would downclock the GPU core in order to lower the card's power consumption. In addition to that, before mining became a thing last year, the original miners had been using cards like the Radeon 7870 for years on end and they never had a problem with the card dying. The only thing that ever died was the fans and they replaced those.
A good pick on the Nvidia side is the GTX 960 or the well known GTX 970. The GTX 960, GTX 1050ti, and the older GTX 770 are all within a few percent of eachother performancewise. The GTX 970 is still a great card for gaming.
You can go with older picks like the GTX 770, GTX 680, or GTX 670 which are all part of the Nvidia Kepler architecture series. The GTX 770 is slightly faster than the GTX 680 by a fractional amount. Both cards use the same GPU core chip which is the GK104 and both cards have 1536 shader cores. The GTX 670 is 10% to 15% slower but it uses the same GK104 chip that had the shaders cut down to 1344. These cards are in the GTX 1050ti to GTX 1050 range.
People are all talking about how graphics card pric3es have come down so much but that only happened with the higher tier cards. Entry level cards like the GTX 1050ti, GTX 1050, and RX 560 are all still priced above their MSRP prices. For me, there is no incentive to buy any of these cards when I can go buy an RX 470, GTX 970, or R9 390 for about the same price on ebay. The RX 470 is 30% faster than a GTX 1050ti and the GTX 970 is nearly 50% faster than the GTX 1050ti. The only advantage the GTX 1050ti has is it consumes 75w of power which really isn't an issue for you since you have a 750w Seasonic power supply that's pretty decent.
If you can afford $130-$150 then go for the RX 470/570 or GTX 970. If you can only afford to spend $90 then get the GTX 960. While the GTX 960 is on par with the GTX 770, I recommend the GTX 960 because it has better driver support.
Check craigslist first before buying a card on ebay, if you're okay with buying cards on craigslist.
