Do you think that any member of the LGBTQ+ community goes to heaven if they do believe in Jesus and would consider themselves a Christian?
I will not be offended by ANY answers. I’m straight, but this question has been on my mind for what seems like forever!

You don't get to heaven by CONSIDERING yourself a Christian. You get to heaven by BEING a Christian. And God knows the difference.

Only a small percentage of true Christians are chosen for heavenly life.
They will rule with Christ over the earth. (Revelation 5:9, 10)
No immoral person will be among this group. (1 Corinthians 6:9-11)
The majority of true Christians look forward to the same things as did the faithful people of pre-Christian times. They will live forever on a restored paradise earth along with the resurrected ones. (Psalm 37:11, 29)
No immoral people will be allowed to live there either. (Ephesians 5:5)

You do not have to believe in Jesus or be a christian or even believe in a god to get to heaven. There is no correlation between heaven and god.

They can't consider themselves Christian (and be correct) if they are actively practicing sin. When you are saved you must turn away from your sin. That does not mean you are perfect and that you won't lapse, but a born-again Christian would not consider himself gay/lesbian/etc,

If heaven exists (unlikely) then everyone goes there without conditions.
Keep in mind that only 1/3 of the world is Christian and it's unclear how many of those *really* believe.

No, but then I'm an atheist so believe that there is no heaven for anyone to go to. If there is such a place then I very much hope that decent people of any race, religion, sexual orientation, height, weight etc would get in.

They might if heaven existed. It doesn't.
