Hair regulations for Army Reserves (UK) ?

I know regulations for regular army.Can't find any info online about this, currently have mid-length hair. Will I need to cut it shorter? Are there regulations against stretched ears in reserves also? Thanks

    The same as for the regular British Army I would love to see your Sargeant Major being faced with you with your long hair and silly ear.

    You won't get past the Recruiter.

    The rules are EXACTLY the same. You MAY be able to get away with not meeting the standard when not on duty, but I wouldn't count on it.

    If you wear the uniform you will be in conformance with regulations
