Sore Shoulders?
My shoulders are super sore after weight lifting yesterday. Is there any way to relieve some of the soreness? I'm already planning on taking ibuprofen tomorrow if they're still a problem, so non-medicine ideas are prefered.

Stretching helps me loosen up from workouts. Massages also work great too.
The trick is to move the acid around in your muscles. The acid is why you get sore. So anything that promotes circulation will help.
Massage then stretch always works for me
