Does Trump allow that North Korea keep its NUKE missiles?

King Kim of North Korea, and President Moon of South Korea, agreed to decrease NUKE missiles slowly in both countries of Korean Peninsula. It means that there would be NUKE missiles for a long time. It would drive Japan to start to product NUKE missiles, because Japanese do not believe in both of the two leaders.

Update:

We,Japanese do not believe in Trump, too. Can Americans believe in Trump?

There's a few things wrong here.

    1) Trump controls only his nation's nuclear programme not North Korea's so his permission isn't sought or needed by Pyongyang

    2) South Korea don't have nuclear weapons

    3) Japan signed a treaty vowing never to build nuclear weapons in exchange for US protection against any external threat. If Japan come under fire or threat of fire, the US army will defend Japan and they have enough nukes of their own to do it.
