2018 Mustang GT 10 speed automatic question?
Okay so this is the second time this is happening. When I shift the car into drive it feels tight as I'm shifting. But once it's shifted into drive the car jerks and it feels like the suspension goes down as if it's going into a mode. Even if I'm letting the car roll a little bit as I'm shifting into drive it still jolts. What is going on here? I brought into service once and bringing it in again and they said it was a sensor issue. There is no leak or anything but why is this happening again?

It is broken (again). Find a good mechanic.

Good Luck . . . . same problem here except my dealer says there's nothing wrong with it.
But what can you do? If you aren't satisfied with dealer service, go up to the next level . . . District or Regional office or such - info in your Owners/Warranty manuals that came with car.
You're under warranty - but keep every shred of evidence of what you have done, what dealer says, receipts, work orders, etc.
My transmission was made in France . . . what's with that - are the French known for their great automatic transmissions .....not?
