Can anyone help me assemble the front part of this bike?
The instructions are terrible, written by someone whose first language is NOT English, and the diagrams are blurry and small. I have never built a bike before, but obviously something isn't right. The front tire is rubbing the frame.

WHAT BIKE??? It would've helped if you left a link to the bike you bought. As previously mentioned, you might have the front fork BACKWARDS. That's the way they ship them to save on box space. A smaller box means a smaller price to ship.
Here's an EXCELLENT YouTube video on bicycle assembly. Please make a note of the 3:39 mark. See how the mechanic turns the front fork around so it faces FORWARD? From out of the box to fully assembled in about 22 minutes.

You probably have the fork backwards. Honestly, it sounds as if you should not be building this bike yourself. Take it to a bike shop and spend the money to have it done professionally. The safety of the rider is at stake
