Can I use a saline nasal spray with Flonase? And can I take an allergy pill with Flonase?
My allergies are just terrible but I don’t want to overdo it. Congestion is a huge isss for me. I also sneeze a lot.

My doctor said I can use Flonase and Allegra together. It works well most of the time.

it took me years to finally quit dairy, milk specifically, cuz I loved it......but it was the source of my ills, once I quit, I noticed allergies fading after 30 days.....then kept fading til they all disappeared within about 90 days....http://notmilk.com/a.html
