No. He was very clear in his thought processes. One having OCD wouldn't be that lucid. Unlike most others, Einstein didn't care to spend time with mundane trivialities of existence, on which he spent the absolute minimum (necessary) time. Only the low-minded people who view everyone to be like them, entertain such views about Einstein.
