best cities to relocate too?

Need to leave southern California it's gotten super expensive i want to remain in the western part of the US. Want to avoid Phoenix and las vegas any ideas?

    Depends on what your metrics of "best" are. Taxes? Employment prospects? Cost of living? Attractions? Weather?

    There are dozens of small cities in the southwest corner of the US. It would help if you could expand on what you re looking for.
