Don't put anything on it, especially not soap or other manufactured chemicals.

Make a mixture of vinegar and lemon juice and salt and rub it in on the cut and the vinegar and lemon and salt will start to react causing a chemical reaction which makes a scab form quicker I used to do this to cuts I got from work it works brilliantly

You can put some antibiotic ointment on it. Next time use a new razor.

Apply some antibiotic ointment. If you don't have that, apply regular petroleum jelly to the cut and reapply several times a day.

Clean it... keep it clean and dry and when it begins to scab put some antibiotic ointment on it.
