Is www.DomesticAirClass.com a scam?

The site is real, and it is legal. 

Basically it is still a scam, and let me explain why...

The settlement (American and Southwest) comes to 60 million (before expenses and lawyers fees). That means there will be less than 40 million left over. There are 140 million class members. Do the math. The postage alone will be far more than the settlement amount. The lawyers will still get 20 million, and that was the reason for the lawsuit.  Nobody cares about the consumer.  The 60 million is nothing to the airlines.

Furthermore the case is being adminstered by Rust Consulting. They are a major scam business. They do a lot of nasty stuff. If you do a BBB complaint about them, or go to the press about them, they will use thier legal might and money to get you landed in jail.

Snopes (debunking website) says it's legit, but that it's unsure how much money people will get.

Same here, I still thinking about it.

I did a little Google research after receiving the same email and it looks legitimate to me.

You don't need to do anything to be included - only let them know if you want to be excluded.

However, I went ahead and registered at their website to receive updates.

You should register so you can get updates from the admin when they distribute funds

I'm asking the same question. Don't know what to do with the e-mail that I received from them. Please someone help us :(
