Is Trumps approval rating really that high?

I've heard conflicting stuff about this. But I'm just not buying that his approval rating is high. Like, I almost never run into people who like trump. Am I mistaken?

Update:

I'm in Utah but in Salt lake, which is mostly liberal but still has some pretty conservative people usually

Only the antis rant. The supporters simply support and vote.

It's higher than it has been but it's still just around 30%

It's not that high, but all the tracking polls show it's been slowly improving over the past year. That's pretty impressive considering the non-stop negative coverage that most of the media has been giving him.

As to the people you run into, that depends entirely where you are. If you're on a college campus or in a liberal city, you can go a long time before you run into someone who's a Trump supporter (or at least one who will admit to it). It's called a liberal bubble.

Sure, it's rather high....considering what the rating has been for him in the past. It's not that high when compared to other presidents, even at this time. It's not a bad approval rating, all things considered: It's rather meh.

Now, as for why you're not running into Trump supporters: Where do you live? If you live in Berkeley, for example, you'd be lynched if you dare voice any support for Trump. So, any supporter there, and in many other spaces dominated by the left, keep quiet. A lot of people say that they didn't see Trump winning the election because a lot of people were scared into silence about who their candidate really was, for example, and given the amount of #$%^ dumped onto Trump supporters by the media and anti-Trump individuals, you can see where a lot of people will continue to keep their support for him down. For example, I know someone who voted for Trump but couldn't tell her extended family and many of her friends because they'd talk down on her and she didn't want to go through that.

A lot of Trump's support comes from small cities and more rural areas, which trust me are littered with pro-Trump signs and bumper stickers. They're a bit more open to express their support for Trump.

Yes. Libtards can rant, rave, lie, and foam at the mouth all they want. They can't change the fact that his policies are working very well. And people notice results more than they do the empty rhetoric of the rabid left.
