According to 1Timothy 1:17 it shows that God is the King of Eternity, incorruptible, & invisible, so a King always applies to a male never a female.

God is both male and female, you should use male pronouns.
Gen 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

The Biblical God is not a human. However, He refers to Himself exclusively in the masculine - as our heavenly Father.
Christians also consider Jesus to be God incarnate. Jesus is a man.
So the correct pronoun for the Biblical God is "He/Him".

The Christian God has no gender. However, English lacks a personal non-gender pronoun. I.e., we cannot use "It." In English, inanimate things, e.g., boats, cars, and airplanes are referred to as "she," while animate (living) things are referred to as "he." So, God is referred to as "He," even though He is not male.
Elizabeth Johnstone wrote a book called "She Who Is," where God is referred to in the feminine. While she also acknowledges that God has no gender, she points out the fixed thinking we can get by thinking of God in male only terns. Her book shows a different approach to God by using feminine terms, which is pretty cool.
Incidentally, Theologians refer to the Holy Spirit in feminine terms, to help balance out the male Father, and Son.
