When Jesus brought back Lazarus from the dead. Did he also resurrect the 100 trillion bacterial that are common to each human body.?

The Bible does not tell you. But I am assuming that last race was resurrected like he was before with all of his bacteria intact

I can only guess that when Lazarus was resurrected he was resurrected Minus whatever disease had killed him and with all the normal bacteria that are found in a human body

They were alive and well and having a party at the time.
