Are you surprised that Democrats won Oklahoma’s-5th congressional district?

With the crap the Republican Party have put us through, especially over the last 8 years with Failin' Fallin and with everything going on in education, I can't say I'm surprised. I also can't say I'm surprised that there were still enough people voting straight party Republican that the candidate just like Mary Fallin got elected, unfortunately. There's a wave of blue in the works.

I don't what the issues were down there, so I can't say yes or no.

Not really, people are voting on what they think best represents and their state, since the midterms are basically local elections. National elections are different because it's not just about your state.
