It already is 18 where I live

I think it should be 18 but the server/retailer can deny based on their judgment and that judgement being final - IOW discrimination lawsuits not allowed for denial but the server/retailer still being liable for any illegal acts performed by the person they sold to.  At 21 the current laws would be the same.  At 16 it should be allowed with parent/guardian supervision.

I oppose.  Drinking and driving and gun ownership age should be 21 and voting age should be 30.

Support, most cultures already have families and friends drinking with adult supervision before 18, and coupled with the fact that many teens in lower income areas already start drinking at a young age anyway, I think its smarter to figure out your limits and get the immature years done earlier.

    I would oppose doing that.

    Yes I do, of course.

Support, the argument that teens brains are still developing until mid-20s is a mediocre argument, soda causes obesity, diabetes, cavities, etc. yet I don’t see them arguing establishing a soda age.

    It should be 18
