    On the season 4 Simpsons DVD commentaries, Al Jean says it doesn't mean anything. Writer John Schwartzwelder made it up.

    The letters you printed are Eastern European, (Ukranian). Transcribed into German,

    German-speakers speculate that "Endut" sounds very similiar to "Ende gut" which means translated "all´s well that ends well". "Hoch Hech" does not make any sense, but "Hoch" in German means "high". It can also be used in sentences to praise something, similar to "Hurrah" or "Hip Hip".
