Something with food. People have to eat and they prefer to do that every day. People do not like to cook every day...so there you are!

Small engine repair. Vacuum cleaners, chain-saws, lawn mowers, ATVs, toys, or other small mechanical or electronic stuff. Hire someone good at fixing stuff, good news, you do not need a license in mechanics or electronics. Then, at the front of your store, have fixed items for sale, and put an ad in newspaper looking for broken unwanted items for you to repair and sell :)
