What do I do?
I have a second interview on Skype for a company. Problem is all the options are on the days/nights I have to work. This job pays more and is something I would like. Right now I’m working at a dollar store making minimum wage. My boss is not understanding and their already short on people. I have to give a three week notice to take a day off by then the job would be gone. What should I do?

I would politely explain to the Skype company that you are scheduled on all of those days and ask if there is any other alternative time you can interview. If there is not, accept the interview and tell your current boss you have a conflict and cannot work that day. If you get any grief remind them that they are already short of help and you've been a good employee who has covered all shifts, except this is something unexpected and you can not and will not be there. Offer to work another shift at another time to make up for it. But stand your ground. They probably need you more than you need them. Minimum wage jobs are a dime a dozen in 2018. If they cooperate with you nicely remember that and be sure to give proper notice when you resign. If they give you a hard time, remember that too.

I would say do the interview during your break. Or I’m not sure if doing it in the bathroom would be okay. You can also call out sick or something but I’m not sure if they would fire you for that
