This is just a kitty quirk. Many cats have them. A lot of them are little thieves, too. My husband was looking for something last night and we moved one of our couches and there, right in the center, was a bounty of toothpicks. Our little kitten has been stealing them from the kitchen counter ( I have them out because I bake a lot ) and stashing them away in his little hiding spot...LOL, can't stay mad at that pudgy little face!

No one should even have q tips there are useless and extremely dangerous when put in the ears
