At least every day now i get weird uncontrollable shivers where my whole body sorta shakes and shivers for a second or two?

I always git them but it was never as often as it is now. Maybe only once a week. Now its at least one a day and they seem to be getting worse. My eyes sorta roll back and sometimes i cant hold my head up and it just sorta falls forward until i shiver and im back to normal. I feel like this isnt healthy, but i am scared of it being nothing and wasting doctors time
