Im 13, And I'm being questioned by the police?
So, Tomorrow the police are coming to question me about a person, Lets call him jake. There is a girl, lets call her lilly (aged 15), Lilly sent jake nudes without knowing jake, and jake screenshotted them. Lilly then blocked him because she didnt want them screenshotted and put on her snapchat story 'block @jake` or whatever his username was. I asked hr why and she said it didn't matter, So I added jake and asked him. He told me the story and then sent me her nudes and I didnt even ask for her nudes as Im gay. I then told her jake showed me your nudes but I didnt want to see them. She then blocked me.
Jake is currently being investigated as he is apparently a wanted Paedophile.
Why am I being questioned by the police if I didnt do anything?

Most likey because you knew about it or they threw your name up or the police found evidence about your name or they are just wondering if you knew about it they are allowed to depending on the state it can be considered child porn. But if he sent you the nudes then thats why he might get into deeper trouble then the police is leading on.

The police are NOT going to question you, because YOU don't know anything about the events in question.

First off, if he really was "15" he would be a minor and below the age of being criminally liable for this offence. It's more likely that "Jake" is in fact 18+ and that he has committed a felonies like procuring child-sex material, distributing child sex material, and possibly blackmail, as well as a string of other offences under telecommunication law.
You should report him and not try to protect him, as he can and likely will blackmail those children for more nude pics. Once a paedophile aquires a nude picture of you or some other child, that child or you ends up becoming a victim of blackmailing.
By reporting this child predator to the authorities of your country and jurisdiction, you are helping to reduce this type of offending as well as the capture of other sex predators.

Firstly make up your mind how old you are as you can't even be consistent on that. 2 years ago you were 14.
Jake is in trouble for sending the nudes, and you are in trouble for possessing them. Both of you are suspected of being paedophiles. Age doesn't matter. You can commit a crime in the UK at 10.

Well, that is funny. I look at your profile, and two years ago you were 14. Nice time machine you have.
Anyway, for anyone else out there. Basic rule of thumb: DON'T TALK TO THE COPS.

The police are investigating and you are part of the 'story' they need to investigate, so you answer the questions asked so they have the evidence required to prosecute these sick individuals who target children and distribute indecent photos
