If its cooled, then covered it can be kept in a cool place, like a larder or pantry.

What is there in apple strudel that could mean it would "need" to be refrigerated? What do you people think a recrigerator does?

No, Mike. In fact if you refrigerate it, it will get soggy. Bake it until it's almost done. then tomorrow, about one half of an hour before serving place it in an oven set for 300 or 350 degrees, (depending upon how unbaked it is). then serve it, (with ice cream, I hope). Happy Thanksgiving.
