SOS: constant testicle swelling (please help asap)?

Hi there,

I am asking this because whenever I spend just 4 days without cumming/orgasm, my testicles get really swollen and it is extremely painful whenever I cough or sneeze and most importantly, I can barely walk because of this situation. This stops me completely from doing normal life.

What I feel down there is: swelling of the testicles, of the epididymis and of vas deferens (or whatever you call these chords balls hang from) ; they look bigger than usual and have a slight blueish color.

I'm not sure that I should go to see a doctor because I believe it's not an illnes, but it only appears when I just haven't orgasmed in 4-5 days.

Please, help asap this is very important for me

    It’s probably just blue balls. My balls get horribly painful when I don’t jerk, and it’s just because of the build up of everything. Its super painful and can even cause me some slight swelling. Especially if I get aroused. It just sounds like that to me, especially if you are in the middle of your teenage years, your sperm ducts are going in overdrive so everything gets full fast. To stop the pain either jerk off or give it a few more days and hope for a wet dream or something. That’s what I do. Hope this helped. If you need more info just comment or something

    Well maybe if you stopped hanging weights off them

    it would be less painful.

    What a troll. Whether you ejaculate or not, is not going to affect the size of your testicles. Semen comes from the prostate gland, not the testicles smart one.

    Well for one thing you need to ejaculate more often. If you are a teen boy most guys are ejaculating daily. May be producing huge amounts of sperm cells, and they are backing up as a result.
