Does anyone know what this is?

So, the other day I hopped out my car getting ready to meet a band that I really like. It was pretty cold outside too. And I was really anxious because i was going to meet them, and the sensation of like vibrating or shivering just started, and the sensation was like inside of my body. It couldn’t have been because it’s cold out, because yes it was cold out but I wasn’t cold enough to shiver. I looked it up, and it could be internal tremors, because sometimes when I’m nervous or anxious, I get the same sensation in my legs. Does anyone know anymore information about this that could help me?

Sounds like you had the jitters. Nothing weird about that. You were anxious about meeting the band.

It is a form of shivering that's uncontrollable, caused by cold suddenly driving down your body temperature. You may or may not feel perceptibly cold. It's a body reaction to a physcial event taking place in your body. Once it starts, it won't stop until your body reaches a higher temperature, again, regardless of whether you think you are feeling cold, or not.
