President Obama celebrated his Thanksgiving helping by volunteering at a Chicago food bank. President Trump spent his holiday at Mar-a-Lago private membership club and during the traditional Thanksgiving Day phone call to thank the troops, he instead used that call to air grievances against the judge who is holding Trump to the rule of law.

Trump claims to love the military. He sure doesn’t show it. He sent our troops to the border (costing us millions and yanking them away from their families at Thanksgiving) as a political stunt to get his dwindling supporters out to vote. We taxpayers then sent him on an expensive trip to Europe so he could represent us at the WWI commemoration in France but he didn’t attend because it was raining. He failed to visit Arlington Cemetery on the Monday after Labor Day (something Barack Obama did every year) because he was “too busy” even though his public schedule showed nothing on his calendar. Then he insulted the Navy Seal who led the raid that killed Osama bin Laden. This is why we’re seeing support for Trump among the active duty ranks and in the veteran community erode on a daily basis.

Of course all of this prompted screams of Republican outrage (just kidding, their silence told everyone they didn’t care).
