Will doing push-ups flare up my forearm tendinitis ? Or should i just wait and keep R.I.C.E. And strengthening exercises?

    It can. Just do what doctor tells you and of course. R.I.C.E. Do not do strengthening exercises until medically cleared. I had similar issue and it took a very long time to heal up correctly.
