When you entered their parking lot, you agreed to their terms.

Either you pay the fine, or your parents will be held responsible for it.

Either way, it's coming out of your allowance.

This has nothing to do with a contract.

You have the right to PAY the fine. You can't claim being a minor as grounds to be excused from the obligations of a contract and simultaneously retain the benefits of the contract. Unless you argue that the car should have been towed, you don't have a legal leg to stand on.

Note: If you can legally own the car, you can legally be responsible for where it is parked.

Possibility you could lose your license till you're 18 if you don't pay up now.

If you are old enough to drive then you are old enough to be taken to Court for failure to pay the fine.

Pay up as the rest of us have to,

    UK.

Guess what if you are 17 yrs old you still have to obey parking laws and pay parking tickets and if you don't do that you are likely to be reported to the DVLA and that could affect your driving licence

Yes. If you have a question about your rights, be sure to mention what nation interests you,
