Bad dream I looked in to a mirror and saw my nose broken and torn up

Looking into a mirror would often times would be like "examining yourself". Usually to do with character issues. Nose would specifically symbolize discernment. So the dream would be showing that your ability to discern or judge something would be off right now(probably was caused by some sort of attack). If I had that dream I'd probably not jump into any decisions quickly(relationship, jobs, etc), or be extra careful how I treat situations until that gets fixed.

To dream that you have a torn or broken nose means that your character is under attack. If your nose is stuffed up, then it suggests that you unable to freely and fully express yourself.

Try not eating right before bed if you do.
