I like this girl in my college and she kind of seems interested. We exchanged eye contact couple of times. We have a learning center in my college and last week I accidentally went to book an appointment with a tutor and I found out that she's one the tutors so I booked an appointment with her and wanted to know that how would you think she react when she sees me and should I ask her out?

Her being your tutor shifts the power dynamic to where it would probably be ill advised for you to try to ask her out. If you feel you need to ask her out now you'll want to find a different tutor. Or you could use the tutoring to get to know her then wait a few months after it's finished to make your move. But trying to date her while she's essentially your teacher would be creepy and really bad form.
