I've got a bad back.?

is it better to move or stay still ?

    'Bad' could mean a multitude of things. Without know EXACTLY what is wrong, and that might mean an X-Ray, nobody can give you the correct advice. One thing I will say though, is:-

    If you believe you've done something to it more than a sprain, don't leave it to repair itself. It will only get worse,and the longer you leave it, the more damage you'll be doing!

    Maybe go to the hospital get it checked or maybe try massaging therapy
