Is it good to travel to South Korea in winters?

This depends on where you are going. In Seoul there is little snow but winter is extremely cold. Snow mostly falls in Gangwon. If you go south to somewhere like Busan, it's not so bad. I would say the ideal time for travel in South Korea is during fall. The temperatures are mild, the changing leaves are beautiful, and there's lots of festivals during that time.
