Shouldn't USA accept those southern migrants to gain strenght in population in face of such countries as China, India, EU?

USA should only accept what they legally sanction regardless of any nation from outside ...keeping in mind their own indigenous populace .

Not for that reason. The world needs to reduce high birth rates. Countries can't provide for all their people. Automation is reducing jobs for unskilled labor. So why increase the number of unskilled workers here. A certain number of refugees should receive asylum. But poverty is not grounds for asylum. Most people on earth are poor by US-Canadian standards.
