    People's tolerances of aspirin vary widely. Try it and find out.

    I would wait four hours. Try alternate treatment for migraine, such as chiropractic adjustment or ice pack on your head while soaking your feet in warm water.

    Until it wears off....too much aspirin...not good for you. Causes bleeding issues.
