There isn't a A-Z list but as long as you are married, have your own home, a good career and money in the bank so you can give up work to raise the child, then start trying to conceive but there is no guarantee - it took me 3 years of ttc.

While you 'plan to conceive?'
Continue your usual daily life. Work, school, friends, housework, hobbies ... whatever you have been doing up until now.
Oh yeah, and a visit to the doctor to be sure there are no health issues that need to be addressed, take folic acid supplements, and have intercourse (if you have a regular male partner) or look into your options for artificial insemination (if you don't.)
