Do guys think she like me?

Well There is this girl in my college and we kinda had a crush on eachother until I booked an appointment for tutoring and found out that she's one of my tutor. I booked and appointment and we kinda got surprised so at the beginning it started awkward but eventually picked up and we had a great time together and we ended up talking about other stuff after. I add her on Instagram couple of days latter just before our final exams and she accepted and also followed back after an hour I also messaged her about the studying process but I didn't get any reply but she checked my story the next day. What do you guys think? Thanks
