    You can get pregnant right before you EXPECT to start your next period, certainly.

    If you actually GET your next period, that means you're not pregnant and weren't fertile right before you got it.

    Long time ago after ttc for 3 years I did conceive just before date period was due but obviously I didn't get a period

    Yes, but if you GOT your period, it means pregnancy didn't happen.

    You can get pregnant any day of the month

    It is possible, but relatively unlikely. If you are trying to get pregnant, wait until ovulation. If not, use a condom/birth control/plan B anyways, just to be safe.
