Are you looking for a reason to blame the Jews and start a new Holocaust?

Jesus spoke the words the Father gave him to speak. In Mat 23:32, he states after a discourse that the Jews who were against him were not only as bad as those who turned away from the words of the prophets before him that were meant to lead people to god--instead killing the prophets--but that all the punishment of their evils rested on their head. Why was this? Because they had the writings of the prophets. They read them constantly. They could see in their own history how the words of them came true, and those words prophesied about Christ. They should have seen him, but instead sought to kill Jesus, and therefore, all the evil done to those who gave out God's word would be held against them as well because they ignored their proven words. This shows a great disdain for those who rejected Christ and sought to kill him, and it is clear that God even to this day will pour out his wrath on those who do not turn to Christ to the point of death. There they will meet eternal torment in the Lake of Fire. God may be merciful, full of love, patience, and kindness, but he is also just, jealous, vengeful, and wrathful in equal measure.

The Father's feelings were the same as Jesus', no doubt. Fear, horror, dread, but eventually overall joy at what it was going to accomplish.
