Are you using any % signs in your Questions ? if so you have to Remove it and Spell it out Yahoo wont take Percent Signs
Make sure you are not Exceeding the Character Limit also if you see Numbers in Red then you have Exceeded the Character Limit and you need to Shorten it to get it to post

If using a smartphone make sure you are in desktop mode. First Ask a Question that is not more than 140 characters long. This is usually a header to state your question. Next, you go to Details at the bottom center of the Ask a Question box and give more details. Click on Details and you can give details up to 2,500 characters on a computer 1,500 characters on a phone. Next, you click the Submit button. If you see a red minus on the bottom right of the question box you know you exceeded the limits. Also, you can not use the percentage symbol % in the Ask a Question section. This will cause an error. Just spell it out. Also, make sure you don't exceed your question limit. For a level 1, it's 5 questions per day.

Some issues that can cause questions not to post:
*Submit button glitch. If you can't submit your question try copying what you typed, refreshing the page, pasting your text back in the question/details box, and try to Submit again.
*Question errors out when trying to Submit. Make sure there are no special characters (esp the percent sign), URLs, or image files that could be causing a problem. Spell out all special characters instead of using the symbol. Remove any URLs or images. If the question submits at that point, you can try adding your image or URL as an update, if needed.
*Question Submits but only you can see it. Change the category for the question, wait a few seconds, and then move it back where it belongs. Some posts get caught in the spam filter and that's one way to 'shake them loose' so to speak.

There is a glitch with the Submit button. Refresh the page and try again. You also will not be able to post if you have reached your daily limit or you try to put a percentage sign in your posts, and you will not be able to answer questions if an asker has you blocked.

A common cause of failure to post is if your question has the % symbol in it. You have to spell it out as "percent" or “percentage” and then it should post.

You need to award some people with best answers and give away some answers etc
