    Gray area, in my mind a plethora of other factors come into play. The drunk horny guy that is propositioned by the undercover hottie, seems like he has no chance. Then again, if he never allowed himself to be in that sort of position in the first place, it wouldn't be an issue. That scenario is supposedly against the law, considered entrapment. It seems the more serious the crime though, in some cases, it is OK. The law itself is grey as to when it switches over.

    Tricks of the trade with the LAW&Order party.

    Once they get the law against you and record the arrests stats. Now its justifiable to make laws that target you and your kind. With stats as proof.
