Usually I make pizza, but this year I am going more traditional. It's just me and my hubby, so I think a nice meal would be good.

My husband usually cooks Christmas dinner. We used to have a turkey, but since no.2 son and myself are now vegetarians we will probably have a bit of beef for the carnivors, and something like a pasta bake for me and no.2 son. But he always makes a summer pudding which is my favourite.

To follow we had sea bass with roast potatoes, red cabbage and Brussel sprouts. After that we had cheese including a lovely Colsten Basset Stilton, then apple crumble. Taittinger Comtes de Champagnes worked well with this. Happy Christmas!
