    Not since 1916 (correction), according to history. It cracks me up how cons keep saying he retired. He tore Trump a new one in his letter in respectful language dripping with disdain. Are there any more adults in the White House? Oh yeah, Kelly, who has obviously had just about enough too.

    That is not what his resignation letter said and the left wing is speculating that he was asked to leave aka fired. Your speculation means very little.

    He was told 8 months ago to get out of Syria in 6 months and he built our presence instead.
