Why can't feminists coherently propound why they are "pro-choice" in the abortion debate?
Abortion provides a convenient way out and this is how the vast majority of women are using abortion in this day and age. If abortion is restricted by law, people will have more reason to avoid this kind of behavior or think twice about it. The logic is clear when you think about it.
When a child is born the biological father is saddled *by law* with many responsibilities to provide for the child until that child reaches adulthood (18 years). If he fails to pay child support on a timely basis for those 18 years, a father can be locked up in prison as well. This means that the father has to labor for 18 years by threat of imprisonment. According to liberal standards of choice, is this just?
Pro-choice feminists argue that if a mother is going to use her body to carry a child for 9 months, she has the right to choose to undergo that burden. What about the father? Surely his body is also being used to work and provide income. Surely he faces a significant burden for 18 full years and if he refuses, it is his body that is thrown in a cage. If choice is so important, where is his choice?
In this article, we see a man who exercised choice by slipping abortion drugs into his girlfriend's drink and secular law considered that worthy of criminal charges and sentencing. But millions of women each year do EXACTLY the same act -- terminating their pregnancies without their partners' consent -- and it is not only tolerated but celebrated by liberal feminists. How could any rational person not see the brazen contradiction in this?

You would be the rare man cheering for women to be more picky about whom they sleep with. Sadly many of your gender compatriots gripe that women don't put out enough yet (incoherently) also complain about both abortion and child support. The fact is that even responsible people can have an accident. So absence abortion many, many more men would be "saddled" (a self inflicted condition) with paying to support the children they created. So figure out what your personal priorities are and then at least be consistent about it.

They do. What part of "her body, her choice" do you not understand?

As I will say again...when a man actually can die or suffer severe medical conditions from a pregnancy, then he can have a say.

Sure we can.
There are plenty of humans on this planet already
Carrying a baby to term can KILL the woman.
Illegal abortions can kill or cripple a woman
Having an unwanted baby can stop a woman from getting an education, from working or from otherwise being an asset to society.

Amnesty to feminists and as for abortion rights it is the females domain and her headache we are done with it ...give her economic rights and just let her fend for herself with her own decisions .
You do not realize mate we males are getting to undo the roles of being the providers and protectors ....she can protect herself .....if we do not have a say we don't have to linger on .
Wish her the best of luck and move on !!!!

Your history states you are a proud Muslim, a student of Islam.
Where does Islam stand on the subject of abortion?
I disagree with the current abortion laws. I am anti-abortion. That's why I have adopted 3 children instead of birthing my own. In view of your stand, how many have you adopted?

Your facts are wrong. The non-custodial parent (and it's occasionally the mother. Why? Because so few fathers ask for residential custody) will pay beyond 18 years. Many States are changing that to "until graduated from College."
I don't know anyone who "celebrates" abortion.

I think what disturbs me most about this issue is that there are many people talking like abortion is some kind of virtue. I understand that in extreme cases, an abortion would be justififed, but there is no sorrow associated with it. I think that in an unhardened world a women would seek good advice if she felt an abortion might be necessary. Then she would not have to bare the burden of mourning by herself. Society should absolutely mourn the loss of any unborn child. How cold can a civilized society get?

Thats the way it is. If a dad wants a baby he doesn't have to carry it for nine months so until you can find a way to get men pregnant they have no say in anything for the pregnancy. Simple
