If you don't know whether Jesus said to celebrate you have not studied your Bible. This is one unbelievable question.

No one "celeberate[s]" anything, and definitely not "merry christmas."

True Christians do not celebrate anything with pagan origins and do their utmost to live by God's standards and principles and follow Jesus example and the commands he's given with Jehovah God's authority such as stated in Mt 28:18-20.

The only event Jesus specifically instructed his followers to commemorate was his death, not his birth, and this was to be done as a simple communion meal. (Luke 22:19, 20) Note, too, that the Gospels of Mark and John are silent about Jesus’ birth. There is no historical evidence that the early Christians celebrated the birth of the Christ. But they did memorialize his death. (1 Corinthians 11:23-26) It as not until more than 300 years after Jesus’ birth that Christendom officially began to observe Christmas on December 25. The book The Battle for Christmas, says: “There is no biblical or historical reason to place the birth of Jesus on December 25.....Christmas was nothing but a pagan festival covered with a Christian veneer.”

The bible does not give a guide for everything. For example, it does not tell which sandal to put on first.

Two birthday party mentioned in the Bible were celebrated by Pagans and in both parties someone was put to death.
Do you think that Jesus would want us to celebrate his birthday, knowing it's a Pagan tradition?

Not the modern conception of it.

1) Did jesus say to celeberate merry christmas ?
We can be pretty certain that Christmas was first celebrated after the death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus.
So, probably:
- Jesus never said to celebrate Christmas
- Jesus never said to not celebrate Christmas
2) If no so it is paganic
False.
If you don't know why that is false, look up the word "pagan" (you won't find the word "paganic", but you will find "paganish" if you look carefully).
3) now christians say where did jesus say to not celeberate merry christmas
jesus also not say to intercourse with your sister will u do so does it mean you do
Jesus also did not say to question people about Christmas.
By your (extremely poor) reasoning, you should not be doing so now.
Jesus also did not say to use a microwave oven.
By your (extremely poor) reasoning you should not do so.
Etc.
4) if you are the true follower of jesus dont do paganic which festival is not exist in your bible
As pointed out already, such reasoning is flawed.
If you had read the Bible yourself you would find even more reason.

Islamists are pagan by nature.
stop playing games. (you are not innocent in this)
did JESUS celebrate Islam? (or PASSOVER)
why did JESUS celebrate PASSOVER? (why won't you)
MERRY CHRISTMAS
the wise men were wise and they remembered to do this.
children of the east?
star gazers?
