Thinking of buying supermarket raw oysters. Should I wash them before eating?

    Yes. You should rinse them thoroughly.

    I probably wouldn't, but I'd cook them before eating.

    Yes wash them.

    Always rinse off raw seafood. They should be rinsed on the boat, but rinse them again anyway.
