Thinking of buying supermarket raw oysters. Should I wash them before eating?

    Yes. You should rinse them thoroughly.

    Always rinse off raw seafood. They should be rinsed on the boat, but rinse them again anyway.

    You should wash ALL fish and meat. You don't know who's dirty hands could have been handling them.
