How do I "look within my heart"?

to look within is code for taking a word then linking it

with how that word makes you feel if that word was applied to you or your works

at a spiritual level know that nothing you are doing to sustain your life is done by conscious act by you

u do not make your heart to beat nor your lungs to breath/you don't make injury heal+you don't make the sun to shine...[but be assured within every living being lies something greater that you [or me/etc] its called the holy spirit and our living bodies are his temple+thus that we do unto the least we do unto the greatest and even the lowest form of life lives only by his will alone[once you see that one greater than u lives within you too you will be able to look into your heart+know the truth that sets us free via some amazing gifts life grace mercy love the love light sustaining de-light [of course you can overdo this looking within thing too and miss the biggest miracle of all/who resides within you too
